Account Coordinator

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join Anthem’s Client Services team. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about live entertainment who wants to build their marketing career at one of Australia’s leading entertainment marketing consultancies.

Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll support the delivery of campaigns across arts, culture and major events, coordinating timelines, managing assets, liaising with clients and getting real experience across the full campaign lifecycle.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

Project Management

  • Coordinate various aspects of marketing campaigns including briefing paid media creative, managing suppliers and liaising with our media agency
  • Collaborate with the wider Anthem team to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of campaigns
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure open lines of communication and exceptional service delivery
  • Take ownership of creative and media timelines, proactively managing deadlines and communicating progress to the team

Social Media Production and Planning

  • Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms
  • Develop and deliver professional community management responses across all social platforms
  • Support the delivery of paid social media campaigns including asset coordination, campaign setup, performance tracking and client reporting
  • Brief in, traffic and provide feedback on creative and content with Anthem’s Studio and suppliers

Team Collaboration

  • Support the wider Anthem team to deliver outstanding client service by anticipating and meeting client needs
  • Contribute to a vibrant and positive team culture
  • Confidently present project updates in client meetings, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction

Admin and Finance

  • Manage general admin tasks including raising purchase orders, inputting supplier information, creation of marketing documents and meeting minutes
  • Support the onboarding of new team members through key tools, systems and processes
  • Attend out of hours events such as opening nights for key clients when required

 

ABOUT YOU 

Above all, we’re looking for three things: excellent project management, a natural team player who loves to collaborate, and a genuine understanding of and passion for live entertainment. If that sounds like you, you’ll also bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in internships or entry-level advertising or marketing roles, ideally servicing theatrical or related entertainment industries
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of timelines and consistently meet deadlines
  • A natural collaborator who works brilliantly as part of a team and contributes to a positive, vibrant culture
  • Confidence to clearly brief creative and content to our Studio and suppliers, support creative ideation and give constructive feedback
  • Familiarity with content production, community management and platform best practice across Meta, TikTok and other social platforms
  • Understanding of cross-platform advertising campaigns across digital media
  • Keen eye for detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social networking platforms
  • Proficiency in Trello, Xero and Monday desirable
  • Agency experience desirable
  • A genuine understanding of and passion for live entertainment, arts and culture

Account Director

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Account Director to join Anthem’s senior leadership team. This is a position for someone who sees beyond account management, who builds client partnerships that last, takes genuine ownership of our most important relationships, and helps set the direction of the agency alongside our Executive Directors. 

You bring ambition, clarity and commercial instinct to everything you do. You spot growth opportunities before they’re obvious, champion bold thinking that puts audiences first, and raise the bar for the teams around you. Your work is insight-led and creatively excellent — not just built to hit immediate objectives but designed with the long-term success of both Anthem and our clients in mind. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

Client Relationship & Project Management 

  • Be the trusted, go-to contact for key clients – nurturing relationships built on transparency, reliability, and shared ambition. 
  • Act as a strategic advisor, offering tailored counsel and proactive problem-solving that consistently exceeds expectations. 
  • Maintain open, regular communication with clients to ensure outstanding service delivery at every touchpoint. 

Campaign Development & Execution 

  • Lead and oversee client campaigns end-to-end, integrating strategy, creative, production, content, and broader agency services to deliver against agreed objectives. 
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals, budgets, and timelines – with no detail left to chance. 
  • Collaborate across departments to align on strategy, objectives, and seamless delivery. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

Financial Management 

  • Own campaign budgets and the financial performance of your accounts, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets. 
  • Partner with the Finance team to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking. 
  • Deliver clear, timely budget reporting to clients. 

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your account team – setting the standard for client engagement and campaign delivery. 
  • Oversee project management, campaign planning, and day-to-day delivery across your portfolio. 
  • Champion collaborative working relationships across all departments and actively support team training and development. 
  • Take ownership of special projects and agency initiatives as assigned. 

Business Development 

  • Play an active role in new business pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new clients and expand existing partnerships. 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with the leadership team. 
  • Leverage your client relationships to introduce and secure additional Anthem services. 

Industry Positioning 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to position Anthem as a market-leading partner. 
  • Represent the agency at industry events, launches, and networking opportunities. 
  • Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic planning. 

 

ABOUT YOU 

 

  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally servicing theatrical or related live entertainment industries, agency experience highly regarded

  • Deep understanding of cross-platform advertising, including digital, social, and paid media strategy
