Performance Digital Account Manager
YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Digital Account Manager to join our Digital team. In this role, you’ll lead the strategic planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting of digital media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
You’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class performance marketing strategies that maximise ROI, drive measurable results, and contribute to the success of high-profile live entertainment and cultural campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Paid Media Strategy & Delivery:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across META, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Develop and implement data-led strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to ensure best-practice campaign delivery.
Campaign Management & Optimisation:
- Oversee campaign setup, targeting, creative deployment, and testing.
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve efficiency and performance.
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing, creative iteration, and audience segmentation.
Reporting & Insights:
- Deliver clear and timely reporting, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Present campaign learnings to internal teams and clients, supporting data-led decision-making.
- Collaborate with Account and Strategy teams to integrate paid media insights into broader campaign activity.
Finance & Administration:
- Support the Digital Account Director and Finance team with monthly invoicing and revenue tracking.
- Review campaign reports and client-facing presentations to ensure accuracy and quality.
Team Collaboration:
- Mentor and support team members in digital best practice and performance marketing.
- Work closely with internal teams including Creative and Client Services to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Contribute to Anthem’s positive, collaborative, and values-led culture.
Events & Industry Engagement:
- Attend client events and opening nights as required, representing Anthem and supporting our clients’ success.
ABOUT YOU
Experience:
- 4+ years in digital advertising or performance marketing, ideally within an agency or live entertainment/cultural industry context.
- Proven success managing and optimising campaigns across META, Google Ads, and TikTok.
Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions).
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and other performance reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
