Performance Support & Review Cycle

  • Take ownership for the physical office space, owning day to day office management responsibilities including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

ABOUT YOU

  • 4–6 years’ experience in a generalist HR / People & Culture role, ideally within a small, creative, or fast-paced business.
  • Proven experience owning performance review and development processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously, with judgement to escalate complex matters when required.
  • Practical, people-first, and solutions-focused.
  • Confident supporting managers with performance and people conversations.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a part-time role.
  • Approachable, trustworthy, and comfortable being the go-to person for both HR and office matters.
  • Passion for live events, culture, or the creative industries.
